ReEnergy Capital is a risk capital investment company set up under Luxembourg Law (SICAR law dated June 15th, 2004). It is a multi-compartment instrument active in the renewable energy field and supervised by the Luxembourg Supervisory Authority CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). The initiative was born from a meeting of experts in the world of engineering, finance and green technologies determined to seize the income opportunities offered by the growth of green economy.
